Accuracy of Information

Please ensure that all information provided during the checkout process, including your name, addresses, and payment details, is complete and accurate. This facilitates a smooth transaction and delivery process.

Price Changes and Errors

The prices of our items may change without notice. As we are launching our new website, there may occasionally be incorrect pricing or product information listed. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect prices, stones, or item descriptions. In such instances, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item from your order or contact you to discuss alternative solutions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Service Refusal

Contemporary living reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its discretion. This measure ensures the integrity of our transactions and the safety of our community.

Return Policy Abuse

We offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction. However, if this policy is abused, we reserve the right to refuse returns from any individual deemed to be misusing our services.

Handmade Variations

Given the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight discrepancies or instances where we cannot fulfill an order in its entirety. In such cases, we will promptly issue a refund for any items we cannot provide.

Purchase Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any items purchased, ensuring that our products are available to a wide array of customers and to maintain inventory integrity.

Terms & Conditions

Wholesale Only:

We sell only to the wholesale trade. Prices listed on website are listed by item number and shown in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. By submitting an order you are warranting that you are a valid business or licensed interior designer, that you are making wholesale tax-exempt purchases for resale.

Minimum Order:

We require a minimum of $500 for opening orders.

Reorders require a minimum of $250.

A fee of $20.00 applies to all reorders below the minimum requirement.

Terms:

A Credit Card is Required for all initial orders.

Net 30 terms are available with approved credit.

Customers who pay by Credit Card while on Net 30 terms are subject to a 3% Credit Card processing fee.

Credit cards are billed at the time of shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Proforma & International Orders:

All proforma and international orders require pre-payment, including freight, prior to shipping.

Past Due Invoices:

Past due accounts are subject to 2% per month interest charge. Accounts over 60 days status are subject to formal collection and/or legal procedures and will lose NET 30 status.

Delivery:

Approximately 1 to 6 weeks from order date. No order acknowledgment will be sent unless requested. Residential delivery, Oversize & other delivery fees may incur additional charges.

Backorders:

Backorders will ship as soon as such items become available and will be shipped without notice. If the customer has issued a cancel date for backordered items, please advice in writing or when the order is placed.

Shipping:

Many orders can be shipped via FedEx ground. Trucking items and volume orders will be shipped via common carrier (LTL). We reserve the right to choose the carrier to be used, however, customer’s preferred carrier will be used if the customer agrees to assume all transportation charges. Freight via common carrier is routinely shipped prepaid and invoiced, F.O.B(free on board) Dallas, TX. All shipments are packed carefully, using approved packing methods.

Damages/Claim:

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery. Any damages should be reported to claims@owddallas.com within 72 hours of receipt of product. Please keep damaged item and packing materials intact until claim is settled.

Contact customer service immediately upon arrival of goods regarding issues of shortage and/or overages.

*We request that you email a clear photo of damaged items to claims@owddallas.com.

*Claims are not processed until image(s) is/are received. OWD reserves the right to deny acceptance of claims.

Returns:

No returns or damages will be accepted without prior authorization from OWD customer service. Returns other than damage or defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer will be liable for all charges in connection with the shipping of returned goods.
