All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any discrepencies should be noted at time of delivery.
Damages should be reported to customer service within 10 days. Please keep damaged item and packing materials intact until claim is settled.
Returns other than damage or defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
